The manual mould washer is meant to clean smaller quantities of cheese moulds. To start the cleaning program of the mould washer, simply close the cover of the machine. The cleaning of the cheese moulds will stop automatically once the selected amount of time has passed.

Of course, our mould washer with automatic detergent and heating systems can be integrated in fully automatic mould pressing/ handling systems aswell.
